Diveagar Beach

Located on the west coast of the Arabian Sea some 40kms off the Mumbai-Goa National Highway in Maharashtra is the beach town of Diveagar. How to Reach Diveagar by Air:
There is no airport in Diveagar and the nearest airports are Mumbai Airport which is 185km and Pune airport which is 160km from Diveagar. From here you can hire a taxi.
How to Reach Diveagar by Rail:
There is no railway station in the town and the nearest railway stations are in Mumbai and Pune both the cities are well-connected with the rest of the country.
How to Reach Diveagar by Bus:
There are regular buses from Mumbai and Pune to Srivardhan which is just 6 kms from Diveagar. The journey from Mumbai to Srivardhan takes three and a half hours and from Pune it is three hours. From Srivardhan you can hire a car to Diveagar.
Getting Around Diveagar
Having your own vehicle is an ideal thing to do here or else you can also hire a car from the car rental companies in Harishareshwar and Srivardhan.

Accomodation: There are many places to stay in Diveagar, as there are resorts and lodges offering comfortable stay. Gurumauli Resort, Manas Resorts are some of the resorts worth staying. Gurumauli Resort is a beach resort surrounded by Suru trees.
